Atomic Force Microscopy
"Here, we are studying intracellular uptake of nanoparticles and changes in the arrangement of the cytoskeleton. Many people utilize optical microscopy to observe cells and tissues. However, there are many other ways to observe the micro/nano-world. We want to demonstrate that atomic force microscopy is a fascinating tool for imaging biological samples such as cells, proteins and nucleic acid."
