These images show a portion of tumor in a living mouse, with a few T cells visible. In these images, depth is encoded by color so that red areas are lower and purple areas are higher. T cells, in white, are the primary cells responsible for killing tumor cells. Each image is reflected about the vertical axis. I took this image to assess how many T cells have infiltrated the tumor.
